Where We'll Recommend a Different Approach

Pro3 operates at ±20mm accuracy — excellent for spatial documentation and virtual tours, but not a replacement for survey-grade instruments (Leica, FARO) for engineering permit drawings or structural analysis requiring ±3–5mm. Automated floor plans are schematic-grade and not construction documents for bidding or permitting. Platform value also requires an ongoing Matterport subscription.
