We have a no-fee rescheduling policy. If the weather isn't perfect for your shoot, we simply book the next available clear-sky day. We can shoot the interior in any weather.
The capture time for your listing depends on the square footage of the property. In addition to the time spent capturing your listing, ourspecialist will walk the property first to ensure everything is ready to be captured. On average, a 3000 square foot home takes 30 minutes to capture, plus another 30 minutes to shoot video and drone footage.
For good measure, our bookings are an hour in duration.
